In 4.21 we are fixing a potential otel leakage (CAMEL-23380). This is
introducing the possibility to better redesign the abstract telemetry component
and simplify the InterceptStrategy at this level instead of at concrete
implementation level. See the comments at

which should drive the change.
We can wait a couple of minor releases to settle the work in otel and confirm
there are no other side effects to address.
