Fix For: 4.21.0
So you can export and have camel wrapper included (like maven wrapper)
camel export foo.yaml --dir=code --camel-wrapper --runtime=spring-boot
Then the wrapper is included, for the given camel version used in the export.
This ensures that when you use camel in the code folder it uses the given camel
launcher.
