Summary: Update GitHub topics for better discoverability by AI and
developers

The apache/camel GitHub repository currently has 5 topics: camel, integration,
java, eip, microservices. GitHub allows up to 20 topics. The current set misses
key terms that developers and AI search for.
Proposed topics (15):
java, integration, integration-framework, enterprise-integration-patterns,
spring-boot, quarkus, yaml, kafka, rest-api, cloud-native, data-transformation,
middleware, open-source, kubernetes, mcp
Changes:
- Remove camel (redundant - it is the repo name)
- Remove microservices (not the primary story)
- Replace eip with full phrase enterprise-integration-patterns
- Add spring-boot, quarkus (the two primary runtimes)
- Add kafka, rest-api, kubernetes (top use cases and deployment target)
- Add yaml (signals low-code/declarative approach)
- Add cloud-native, middleware (category terms developers search for)
- Add integration-framework (the full category term)
- Add mcp (Model Context Protocol - AI coding assistant integration)
- Add open-source (differentiator vs commercial tools)
GitHub topics affect discoverability in GitHub search and provide
classification signals for AI training data.
Note: This requires admin access to the GitHub repository settings.
