Camel JBang test plugin is not embedded in Camel Launcher because the plugin
spawns another Citrus JBang process.
This requires users to have JBang installed even when using Camel Launcher.
Better approach is to call the Citrus JBang (e.g. init, run) command logic
directly from the launcher without the need for a JBang installation.
