The component currently exposes only a stateful-key health check
({{PQCStatefulKeyHealthCheck}}). There is no metric-based observability.
h3. Proposal
* Add Micrometer metrics (when a {{MeterRegistry}} is present):
** counters for sign/verify/encapsulate/extract operations (tagged by algorithm
and outcome),
** a gauge for remaining signatures on stateful keys (XMSS/XMSSMT/LMS/HSS),
** optionally key-age / time-to-rotation gauges sourced from {{KeyMetadata}}.
* Keep it optional and non-intrusive (no hard dependency).
Affected: {{components/camel-pqc}}.
