Several camel-core tests are flaky on CI due to missing explicit timeouts on 
MockEndpoint assertions:

- StopRouteAbortAfterTimeoutTest (3 flaky, 1 failed)
- LoopNoBreakOnShutdownTest (7 flaky)
- DefaultCamelContextSuspendResumeRouteTest (5 flaky)
