Fix flaky tests identified by Develocity (batch 15):
1. ElasticSearchLocalContainerInfraService: Disable disk watermarks to prevent
429 errors on CI.
2. LoopNoBreakOnShutdownTest: Fix SEDA shutdown race condition.
3. HazelcastReplicatedmapConsumerTest.testRemove: Fix leaked REMOVED events
from clear().
4. LRAFailuresIT.testCompletionAfterFailures: Increase timeout for periodic
recovery. Fix WaitAllStrategy bug.
5. TimerRouteAutoConfigIT: Replace timing-dependent metric collection with
InMemoryMetricReader.
