Fixed via https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/24879 (merged, 4.22.0): all ten
deprecated component-specific CredentialType enums removed in favor of the
shared org.apache.camel.component.azure.common.CredentialType. Main-only,
intentionally not backported (breaking removal). Documented in the 4.22 upgrade
guide.
