Add a new MCP tool that generates Docling->Textract->Bedrock pipeline scaffolds
from templates. Users should be able to describe their pipeline intent and get
a runnable YAML DSL route.
Scope:
- New tool: camel_ai_pipeline_scaffold
- Input: pipeline type (summarization, extraction, RAG, classification),
document source (local file, S3, URL), AI service (Bedrock model ID)
- Output: complete YAML DSL route with proper component configuration, error
handling, and placeholder credentials
- Include pipeline variants: Docling-only, Textract-only, combined
- Generate matching application.properties template
