Child of CAMEL-24261. Both timestream producers silently no-op when
{{pojoRequest=true}} and the body is not the expected request type:
Timestream2WriteProducer (16 operations) and Timestream2QueryProducer (10
operations). Add the missing else that throws {{IllegalArgumentException}},
consistent with CAMEL-23462.
