GraalVM allows sandboxing through a [Sandboxing

These are the valid options:
* Trusted
* Constrained
* Isolated
* Untrusted
Would be nice if there was an option "SandboxPolicy" with the 4 enum
possibities to choose from.

To be secure by default, probably it wouldbe good to put it on "Constrained" as
default
