Depends on https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/25354 (CAMEL-24212), which
moves spring-ai-version to 2.0.0 in the Camel parent - CI on the
camel-spring-boot PR cannot go green until that merges and a snapshot is
published.
This closes a real classpath split: an application combining
camel-mcp-server-starter (which pinned Spring AI 2.0.0, MCP SDK 2.0.0, Jackson
3) with camel-spring-ai-chat-starter (Spring AI 1.1.7, MCP SDK 0.18.2, Jackson
2) had two Spring AI majors on one classpath. The local pin in
camel-mcp-server-starter is dropped in favour of the inherited property.
No Java changes were needed - the generated configuration classes only
reference ChatModel, EmbeddingModel, ImageModel and VectorStore, all unchanged
in Spring AI 2.0.
