Jinyu Chen updated CAMEL-24523:
-------------------------------
    Description:
When automaticReconnect=true and the MQTT broker reconnects, if the
post-reconnect subscribe() call fails (e.g., broker does not send SUBACK,
causing MqttException 32000 after keepAlive timeout), the consumer only logs
the error at ERROR level but takes no recovery action. The route remains in
Started state while silently consuming no messages (zombie state).

This is the MQTT3 counterpart of CAMEL-24511 (camel-paho-mqtt5). The same gap
exists in PahoConsumer.connectComplete().
