camel-opa is a new component (CAMEL-24634, Camel 4.23.0) that evaluates Open
Policy Agent (Rego) policies against an Exchange. It needs a corresponding
Spring Boot starter (camel-opa-starter) in camel-spring-boot so the component
can be used from Camel Spring Boot applications, consistent with every other
Camel component.
The starter is generated by the camel-spring-boot-generator-maven-plugin from
the Camel catalog and added under components-starter, with the new module
registered in the aggregation poms and the camel-spring-boot BOM/dependencies.
Target: Camel Spring Boot 4.23.0.
