The Apache Camel azure-servicebus component (4.18.4) does not expose a property
to control the number of concurrent Service Bus sessions a consumer processes.
As a result, a session-enabled consumer defaults to a single session per pod,
capping throughput and preventing horizontal scaling of session-based message
processing for our use case.
