Fix For: 4.23.0
Not everything a consumer delivers belongs in a knowledge base. Add id-pattern
filters (Ant globs, checked before the dedup claim and the body read), a
minimum document size, and a Predicate bean option. Rejected deliveries answer
a new FILTERED outcome and release their dedup claim like EMPTY. Targeting
4.23.0 so the options ship in the component's first release.
