The Camel TUI quits with the q key, but q only works on screens where it is not
taken by another binding or by a text input, so today you first have to
navigate to a tab where q means quit. Add a Quit entry to the F2 actions menu
so quitting is always one menu away, regardless of which tab, popup or input
field is active. It should go through the same confirm/shutdown path as
pressing q (including the running-integrations prompt where applicable) and
appear as the last entry of the menu. Also list it in the actions returned by
tui_get_options so AI agents can quit the TUI through tui_action.
