pilot:dependencies identified dependency declaration issues in the {{core/}}
and {{tooling/}} subprojects.

h2. Notes
- "Unused declared" findings in aggregator POMs (camel-core) are intentional
and should be suppressed via the ignore list in the root POM.
- For modules where camel-core-engine is flagged unused: these modules likely
depend on camel-core (the aggregator) for test/runtime scope and declare
camel-core-engine directly — the dependency should be changed to depend on
camel-core instead, or camel-core-engine should be removed if truly unused.
- All other undeclared transitive dependencies should be added explicitly to
the relevant pom.xml.
