Claus Ibsen created CAMEL-25188:
-----------------------------------

             Summary: camel-util - URISupport.normalizeUri alternates between +
and %20 for a space in a query value
                 Key: CAMEL-25188
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-25188
             Project: Camel
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: camel-core
            Reporter: Claus Ibsen

Since CAMEL-24524 (on main only, not released) the fast path of
URISupport.normalizeUri writes a space in a query value as %20, while the
complex path (URIs with % or unsafe characters) writes it as +. So normalizing
a normalized URI changes it, and the same endpoint written in two ways gets two
endpoint keys:

||URI||key on main||key in 4.22.1||
|log:foo?marker=a+b|log://foo?marker=a%20b|log://foo?marker=a+b|
|log:foo?marker=a%20b|log://foo?marker=a+b|log://foo?marker=a+b|

The value the endpoint gets is the same ("a b"), but the keys differ, so
endpoint registry and cache lookups can miss. The fast path should write a
space as +, as the complex path and all released versions do.
