The XML and Java DSL writers have round-trip tests over route corpora
(camel-xml-io, and camel-java-io since CAMEL-25148/CAMEL-25157). The YAML DSL
has none: XmlToYamlTest in camel-yaml-io writes the XML routes of camel-xml-io
as YAML, but only checks that the output is not empty, and nothing reads the
YAML back.
Add a round-trip test in camel-yaml-dsl (which has the YAML reader and
camel-yaml-io): read each XML route file into the model, write it as YAML
(LwModelToYAMLDumper), load that YAML with the YAML DSL, and compare both
models dumped as XML. A difference is a gap of the YAML writer or reader; the
known ones are listed with the reason, and fixed where small.
