The main page has a "Get Started" button at the top right of the banner but
also a "Get Started" button right on the main page below the main title. That
is redundant.

For many pages other than the main page the "Get Started" button at the top
right of the banner is actually a "Download" button.
The projects/ page also turns "Download" into "Get Started".
I suggest to always show the "Download" button at the top right, to make it
consistent and remove the two "Get Started" button on the main page.
