* Shared in-process {{CliRunner}} returning {{CliResult\{exitCode, stdout,
stderr, elapsedMs, timedOut\}}}, used by {{camel ask}}, the TUI AI panel and
ShellPanel (one lock).
* {{camel ask}} {{cli_exec}}: return JSON with the exit code (today dropped
whenever there is output), 60s timeout, refuse blocking commands with a hint to
the non-blocking form, destructive commands require {{--yes}}.
* TUI {{TuiToolRegistry.executeShared}} rethrows so MCP sets {{isError}};
{{camel_run}} {{status:failed}} and failed restarts become tool errors;
{{AiTraceTools}} / {{RuntimeTools}} pass errors through.
* Retire LaunchManager log scraping in favour of exit code + status file; track
CamelMonitor's camel-main restart; fix the docker/podman info check timeout
(read before waitFor).
