Fix For: 4.24.0
* {{--background-wait=<duration>}} (default 60s; {{true}}/{{false}} still
accepted). Still starting at expiry -> exit 4 with the log path, integration
left running (today: hardcoded 20s, exit 0).
* Keep the log as {{~/.camel/<pid>-run.log}}, always print its path, remove it
from {{stop}}/{{dirty}}; no-wait mode logs to the file instead of an unread
pipe.
* Missing file -> clean {{ERROR: File does not exist}} exit 1 for every
extension (today {{.yaml}}/{{.xml}} give a stack trace).
* Zero routes loaded -> exit 1 "No routes found in: ..." except with
{{--source-dir}} (files may be added later); internal spawns pass {{--empty}}.
* {{dev}} with explicit
{{--max-seconds}}/{{--max-messages}}/{{--max-idle-seconds}} honours the limit
and exits.
