as String {format: "#.00"} on numbers must use number formatting (not date
formatting). as Date {format} must keep a date value usable by DataWeave
operations rather than epoch millis. Support as DateTime, date literals
|2020-01-01|, periods |P1D| and .year/.month/.day selectors where DataSonnet
can express them.
