PGPDataFormat: I added the possibility to encrypt a message by several public
keys (new parameter keyUserids) and I added the possibility to parameterize the
compression algorithm (new parameter compressionAlgorithm).
The encryption via several public keys is useful if the message is sent to
several receivers or for the key life cycle.
I can update the wiki-page.
