camel get, top and ps find the integrations with one helper: a name that
matches nothing exits 3, an unreadable status file skips that integration with
a warning, and the JSON of the listings has numbers as numbers, split values,
millis for durations, and routeId and status as the names. Also fixes get
activity SINCE, camel dirty pid matching, and --limit before sorting.
