Claus Ibsen resolved CAMEL-25393.

Resolution: Fixed
Merged in https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/27916 (commit 76c2a6f0d4ab): the
commands that act on a running integration send their actions with ActionClient
and find it with ProcessFinder. A failed action exits 1 with the error of the
integration, a route or processor that does not exist exits 3, no answer exits
124 (the request is withdrawn), every such command has --timeout, and the
data-returning cmd actions have --json.
