Follow-up of CAMEL-25719. Of the 18 top-level entries of the YAML DSL, three
still have no sample in {{camel_catalog_sample}}, and one is unknown to
{{camel_catalog_doc}} and {{camel_catalog_find}}:
* *interceptFrom* and *interceptSendToEndpoint* have no sample. Their YAML
examples are on the page of the intercept EIP ({{intercept.adoc}}, after the
examples of {{intercept}}), but the sample lookup only tries a page named after
the entry ({{interceptFrom-eip}}, {{intercept-from}} and so on), and the sample
generator maps a page to one entry. Proposal: let both read the intercept page,
taking the examples that start with their own key ({{- interceptFrom:}}, {{-
interceptSendToEndpoint:}}).
* *dataFormats* has no sample, because the documentation has no YAML example of
it. Proposal: add one to the docs (a data format defined once in a top-level
{{dataFormats}} entry and used by its id in a route), so the generator picks it
up.
* *sslContextParameters* has a sample since CAMEL-25719, but
{{camel_catalog_doc}} and {{camel_catalog_find}} answer that nothing is found:
it is not a model of the catalog ({{SSLContextParametersDefinition}} in the
YAML DSL schema). Proposal: answer it as the beans entry is answered, with its
keys ({{id}}, {{keyStore}}, {{trustStore}}, {{secureSocketProtocol}},
{{clientAuthentication}} and the others), where it goes, and the sample.
