OSGI v4.3 & 5 introduced Require-Capability and Provide-Capability metadata
(http://wiki.osgi.org/wiki/Require-Capability).
Camel project should include such instructions/properties as the Camel-CDI
component to run on Karaf with Pax CDI need them.
