We have hostname in the mbean names by default which causes much more pain than
gain.
We have this on roadmap for 3.0 to take out. But for users on 2.x we should
have them the choice to turn that off or on.
So from 2.13 onwards the hostname is not included by default. But there is an
option to turn on the old "slightly silly" behavior, either from a option on
the jmxAgent or using a JVM system property.
