toD has the same gap: camel-mina-sftp has no {{SendDynamicAware}} either, which
sftp has ({{SftpSendDynamicAware}}). So {{toD}} with a dynamic {{fileName}}
resolves an endpoint for each name of a file too, and with mina-sftp each
endpoint has an SSH session of its own. The PR adds
{{MinaSftpSendDynamicAware}} next to {{MinaSftpPollDynamicAware}}, with a test
for each.
