Summary: Investigate Virtual Threads usage and defaults

Now that we require JDK 21, Virtual threads are fully available. Thus they are
currently not provided by default, camel.threads.virtual.enabled must be set to
true.
This issue is to investigate the current state and the default value.
What other libraries are doing?
Do Quarkus/Camel Quarkus or SpringBoot/Camel Spring Boot also have a way to
activate/deactivate?
Can we leverage virtual threads in more places? Which performance improvements
can we notice?
