Citrus 5.1.0 was released on 2026-10-19. Among its fixes, a bodyless HTTP
request (a GET) no longer gets the default Content-Type text/plain
(citrusframework/citrus#1826). With that header, a REST DSL route with
bindingMode=json does not write the answer of a GET, so Citrus tests of such
routes have to set the Content-Type on every GET themselves
(apache/camel-jbang-examples#129).
Upgrade citrus-version in parent/pom.xml from 5.0.2 to 5.1.0. It is used by
camel-test-citrus and camel-jbang-plugin-test (camel test).
