The mustache endpoint compiles the template once and keeps it in a field
({{MustacheEndpoint.getOrCreateMustache}}, main e6885df7894d, lines 155-156),
whatever {{contentCache}} is. With {{contentCache=false}} a changed template is
therefore not read again; only the JMX operation {{clearContentCache}} resets
it (lines 85-86).
Checked on 4.24.0-SNAPSHOT with {{camel run}}:
{{mustache:file:reload.mustache?contentCache=false}} rendered "MUSTACHE v1 two"
after the file had been changed to v2.
*Proposed change*: with {{contentCache=false}}, compile the template for each
exchange, or when the resource has changed.
