for recent failures:
redis and postgres new version versiosn were downloaded in amd64 versions in
the cache. I updated the cache, it should be fine.
for nats, it seems that the mirror.gcr.io doesn't have th eppc64le available
for 2.15.1, it is available for 2.15.0.
Tried to use 2.15 to see if it is able to pick the good architecture but need
to wait...
EDIT: the error is for 2.15 only, 2.15.0 is working fine
