Found while adding the catalog body types of cql (CAMEL-24961, PR #28398).
h4. 1. {{exchange.getMessage().copyFrom(exchange.getIn())}} is a no-op
{{CassandraProducer.process}} (main 2a465aa4814c, line 169) calls
{{exchange.getMessage().copyFrom(exchange.getIn())}} with the comment "copy the
header of in message to the out message". With no out message {{getMessage()}}
is the in message, so the call copies the message onto itself and does nothing.
Read in the code, not run.
Proposed: remove the line.
