Found while adding the catalog body types of hazelcast-seda (CAMEL-24961, PR
#28396).
{{HazelcastSedaConsumer}} (main 2a465aa4814c, lines 118-119) unmarshals any
{{DefaultExchangeHolder}} it takes from the queue into the exchange, with its
headers and exchange properties, whatever the {{transferExchange}} option of
the consumer endpoint says. {{transferExchange}} defaults to false, which the
page describes as transferring the body only.
Proposed: restore an exchange holder only when {{transferExchange=true}} on the
consumer; otherwise take the body of the holder (or the item as it is).
