Follow-up of CAMEL-26120 (PR #28897). startCase takes the contract inputs as a
Map body; since CAMEL-26120 a JSON text body fails early with an
InvalidPayloadException and the docs say to unmarshal it first.
Accept a JSON object as text (String, byte[], InputStream) and parse it into
the Map of contract inputs, as camel-wordpress does since CAMEL-26163. A body
that is not a JSON object still fails with InvalidPayloadException.
