Two more camel-cxf-soap tests were seen hanging the same way while working on
CAMEL-26143 (PR #28920), unrelated to that change:
* CxfProducerRouterTest.testCannotSendRequest
* CxfEndpointBeansRouterTest
They look like the same cause as this issue, so a fix here should cover them
too.
