On main, {{DocExamplesXmlSchemaTest.everyXmlExampleOfTheUserManualValidates}}
fails when the build runs with an Italian locale ({{LANG=it_IT.UTF-8}}) and
passes with an English one ({{-Duser.language=en -Duser.country=US}}), on the
same sources:

l'attributo "prop:stopOnException" associato a un tipo di elemento "multicast"

The example is the fragment {{<multicast prop:stopOnException="stop">}}, which
does not declare the {{prop}} namespace (the complete example below it does).
CI runs with an English locale, so it only fails in local builds. The test
should not depend on the locale, for example by declaring the {{prop}}
placeholder namespace for such fragments, or by skipping fragments with an
unbound prefix without relying on the parser's message.
