Part of the move of the Azure test-infra to Floci AZ (CAMEL-26613).
camel-azure-eventgrid has no integration tests: {{EventGridComponentTest}} and
{{EventGridProducerTest}} are unit tests.
Floci AZ emulates Event Grid custom topics: a topic created through the ARM
API, its access keys, publishing in the Event Grid or CloudEvents 1.0 schema on
{{/<topic>-eventgrid/api/events}}, and delivery to webhook subscriptions after
the validation handshake.
h4. Change
* Add a {{camel-test-infra-azure-eventgrid}} module that starts Floci AZ and
creates a CloudEvents topic and its key.
* Add producer integration tests that publish single and batched CloudEvents
and check that a subscriber receives them.
* Skip the integration tests on ppc64le and s390x.
