Upgrade Debezium from 3.6.3.Final to 3.7.0.Final (Dependabot PR
https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/27366 does not compile on its own).
* Regenerate the six camel-debezium connector modules for the new 3.7 options.
* Debezium 3.7.0 dropped {{ddl.parser.type}} from the MySQL connector's config
definition (debezium/debezium commit 742f6c0f79, the group() API refactor),
although {{MySqlConnectorConfig}} still declares and reads it. Keep the
{{ddlParserType}} option in camel-debezium-mysql by letting the
camel-debezium-maven-plugin add such fields explicitly.
* Upgrade guide: signed TINYINT now maps to INT8 instead of INT16
(debezium/dbz#2235).
