Currently hl7-dataformat only supports the "validating"-option.
However there are numerous more in the parser configuration (eg
allowUnknownVersions, prettyPrintWhenEncodingXml, etc).
Especially "allowUnknowVersions" would be extremely helpful.
I don´t know if this could be achieved using a custom parser, however a direct
option would be much simpler to implement.
