The attached patch resolves the Karaf feature validation failure reported by
Claus.
Intentionally I did *not* push this fix into our codebase to see if
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/DROOLS-355 can be fixed properly. If not or if
we want to release 2.13.0 before that ticket gets fixed then the attached patch
could be applied into our codebase.
