Thanks Babak, we got a little step further.
Next problem is
karaf@root> features:install camel-optaplanner
Error executing command: Manifest not present in the first entry of the zip
mvn:org.eclipse.jdt.core.compiler/ecj/4.2.2
We have seen this before on Felix/Karaf.
