Hi Colm, the patch still required a bit of work. Now the jsch and sftp tests
were failing due to the use of the old FileKeyPairProvider. I had to make a
minor changes
* move your FileKeyPairProvider to main instead of test
* use it during test setup in camel-ftp and camel-jsch
* add test dependencies on camel-ssh in the two projects above.
