The confluence "upgrade" has caused a delay in the publish stuff. I'm not
sure when confluence will get back to a fully usable state. :-( Right now,
we're getting all kinds of timeouts, etc... while trying to do anything with
it. Not sure if the indexes or something is still being rebuilt or what's
completely going on with it.
