I tested the 3.0.2 version with the Hazelcast Idempotent Repository Tutorial
using the latest 2.13-snapshot.
It appeared to be necessary to downgrade Hazelcast from 3.0.2 to 2.6, in order
to make it work on Karaf 2.3.3.
The tutorial's unit tests ran without any problem from my IDE.
Upgrading to Hazelcast 3.1.3 did not help.
A summary of the relevant Errors in the karaf.log:
- com.hazelcast.nio.serialization.HazelcastSerializationException: Could not
find PortableFactory for factoryId: -3
- com.hazelcast.nio.serialization.HazelcastSerializationException: No
DataSerializerFactory registered for namespace: 0
The last error repeats every 300 ms, causing megabytes of logging.
