Committed in e5f44a11a1750bc2bd151bd56ffac6c714190641 (misspelled camel in
comment). I had to add a dependency on mockito to get the builds going. There
are a bunch of checkstyle issues I will fix in my next commit (didn't do it in
the first commit to keep it close to the original contribution).
Thanks Stephen for the contribution, I hope you could help with the
documentation in the wiki. Let's keep this issue open until then
