There is still something about the TimerListenerManager instance in the
DefaultManagementLifecycleStrategy that I'm not totally sure about. My guess is
that we could avoid creation of that instance and only create it if
loadstatistics is enabled in the
TimerListenerManagerStartupListener.onCamelContextStarted.
But the TimerListnerManager instance is also checket in manageObject and
unManageObject methods to be not null.
